“I have bursitis in my right shoulder and it was really causing me a lot of problems around the first of the year. But I kept coming to Zumba® classes and I believe that has really helped me a lot. I have some occasional pain in my shoulder but it is much better. And I no longer have a limited range of motion there. I scrubbed my kitchen floor on Monday and usually that makes my shoulder hurt. But when I was at Zumba® on Tuesday, I realized that my shoulder was not giving me any trouble. I think keeping active with Zumba® has greatly reduced my shoulder problems.”

“I started Healthy Habit Fitness in April of 2005 and while I was not extremely overweight, I felt I had a good 20 pounds to lose to better suit my small frame. Working a full time job sitting at a desk had put on those pounds over the years and I felt out of shape and was pushing a size 8 to the limit. I had been athletic as a younger person and knew just a little bit of exercise would go a long way for me. Now that she has added Zumba®, it gives me a good cardio work-out, plus tones the whole body. Zumba® especially works on that trouble area around the waist where we older women start having trouble.
