“I have bursitis in my right shoulder and it was really causing me a lot of
problems around the first of the year. But I kept coming to Zumba® classes and I
believe that has really helped me a lot. I have some occasional pain in my shoulder
but it is much better. And I no longer have a limited range of motion there. I
scrubbed my kitchen floor on Monday and usually that makes my shoulder hurt. But when
I was at Zumba® on Tuesday, I realized that my shoulder was not giving me any trouble.
I think keeping active with Zumba® has greatly reduced my shoulder problems.”

“I started Healthy Habit Fitness in April of 2005 and while I was not
extremely overweight, I felt I had a good 20 pounds to lose to better
suit my small frame. Working a full time job sitting at a desk had put on
those pounds over the years and I felt out of shape and was pushing a size
8 to the limit. I had been athletic as a younger person and knew just a
little bit of exercise would go a long way for me. Within 6 months of
taking Kim's classes such as ‘Lean and Strong’, ‘Yoga’,
‘Aerobics’ and some weight training the pounds started coming off

find that by doing the YOGA exercises, my physical and mental activities continue

I have, quoting a doctor, ‘lots and lots of arthritis in my spine’.
I started coming to Kim because she offered several classes which I knew would help.
One of them being Yoga, and it has helped very much.
Now that she has added Zumba®, it gives me a good cardio work-out, plus tones the
whole body. Zumba® especially works on that trouble area around the waist where we
older women start having trouble. Working with Kim is like having your own personal
trainer. She takes time to discuss and show you how and why this exercise helps.
