“I am happy to report that my goal of a firmmer, flatter tummy is a reality. On my journey to
meet that goal some other cool things happened... I have also lost 20 pounds and can almost do 10
push ups (did 9 on thurs.). My hips don't squish out over the tops of my jeans. I fit back into my
size four dress pants comfortably. I feel fit, healthy, energized, and way less stressed compared to
this time last year. I also believe that my arms look better than Madonna's as mine look womanly and
toned instead of veiny and scary (lol). I accomplished this by coming to classes a lot and really
trying to listen to you by doing the movements correctly (hmm, maybe if I talked less and listened
more, I would be even fitter?? lol). I haven't ate anything when I am not hungry for weeks yet I still
enjoy eating all the foods I like. I am finding that my food cravings for heavy fried greasy foods and
fast foods have vanished. I haven't had fast food in weeks (it just doesn't sound tasty to me now). This
is the first time ever that I have stuck with a fitness routine. I feel grumpy if I have to miss class
and I feel good that I am helping to keep my body healthy for life. I look up to you, Marta, and Jeanne
and know that I want to be like you in 20, 30, 40 years. I don't want to be sore, tired, and hunched
over. I would not have been able to accomplish all of this without your guidance and support. Thank you...”
