Happy Half Hour This class combines a variety of formats we have enjoyed in the past.

Feel The Burn combines Kickboxing Cardio, and intense all over toning using your own body weight. We Feel The Burn or Fell The Bulge!

Midsection Melt burns the excess fat and builds a lean, svelte midsection.

Iron Yoga gently increase the toning received in regular yoga with light hand weights and like rhythmic Yoga Dance it improves overall flexibility, balance and promotes long lean musculature for beautiful posture and gait.

AbsSolutions is a unique blend of dynamic abdominals exercises performed to a variety of rhythms including hip hop and belly dance.

We always have fun and are Happy! Kim will determine the format best for each evening based on the members in attendance and specifications that will make for a great challenging, results producing class for all.

Love Fab Abds For the past 2 years, many of you have been enjoying our FEEL THE BURN class which later evolved into Midsection Melt.

Now, coming Monday, January 17th at 6:00, that same half hour of intense fitness is evolving again. You will still feel the burn, even more than before. You will still melt your midsection and you will create Fab Abds!

You will sculpt your hips and thighs, define your arms, and create the curves you've only wished for! Firm and Bodacious, all in 25 minutes 2 times per week!

So, how do you get these Fab Abds?

You get them by joining the Fun and intense 25 minute love fitness, dance exercise class called Fab Abds.

In this class, we will train the core muscles using a variety of dance styles like Hip Hop Belly Dance, Kick Butt Kick Boxing, and a plethora of planks, V seats and more! All this fun dance exercise is choreographed to positive, hit music you love to get you energized and moving.

The class sounds intense because it is but, don't worry, if needed, you will be given modifications that let you enjoy the class without pain or injury.

Feel The Burn Logo Feel The Burn Now with even more intensity! This is a non-stop, muscle building, calorie burning workout with new moves and new music! Designed for those of intermediate to advanced fitness, this class will take you to the next level of fitness. Using a variety of fitness formats to challenge your muscles, you will quickly be reshaping and redefining your body. In just thirty minutes, two times per week, you will increase your strength, flexibility, energy, and stamina. Combine this class with Yoga Fitness and/or Zumba® Fitness for the ultimate body sculpting fitness regimen.
